Wonderful experience! Not only completely professional but very clean and orderly place the service was beyond expected. The price he quoted was exactly what i paid. But he did more than what i paid for. In a great way. He saw it needed some straightening up and did that without a extra fee. And on another note. I bought a used desktop from him a few years ago for only 250.00 and it still works perfectly. I was going to replace it because i thought it was out of date by now. But after running the specs. It only needed some more ram and its a monster now. If you have a pc problem taking it anywhere else would be a bad move. I could not expect anyone doing a better job than them. Tks computer 1 you guys ARE the best!!!!

Had to replace a hard drive for a better one and out of 5 places I called he was the only one who could give me a solid estimate for how much it would cost to have work done. Brought it to him and he had it up and running in an hour! Absolutely highly recommend their service! One of the best in the Bay Area!

Dan was a huge help with information. He even recommended twice that I look into other options before going through with his repairs. It lost him my business but convinced me he had nothing but good intent. I will be using them for any computer repairs in the future. Highly recommend Computer 1, they have your best interest in mind.

Dan saved me. I thought I was being prudent making backups and saving data to an external hard drive. I didn’t think one day THAT would die on me. He helped me recover years of photos and documents and was diligent to restore files to their original state. Dan went above and beyond!

My brother gave me his old laptop and forgot his password theses guys were so freaking nice and helped me reset everything for super cheap. Kept me updated and called me when it was ready. Literally recommend them to everyone with computer problems!! big shoutout to Mr.Dan as well!

I just called this store and the owner or employee that answered the phone gave me solid advice. I was having a hard time uploading my photos from my iPhone to laptop (and eventually to an external hard drive), bc I don’t want to lose pictures of my baby’s first year and also pictures of my mom (who recently passed away). He basically gave me advice about iPhone and the cloud, plus he recommended another computer store in vallejo that specializes on iPhones. I’m still going to his store bc I also have pictures from my iMac and laptop I want to transfer over to external hard drive (which I think I’ve done on my own, but don’t mind paying for his services just to double check, these photos and videos are priceless to me). Highly recommend this place!
